Return & Refund Policy

Everyone at Dry Risers Direct Ltd is committed to making sure our customers’ are 100% satisfied. Dry Risers Direct Ltd aim to offer products and services that benefit all our customers. On the odd occasion we understand that you may want to return some goods. Please read our return & refund policy below and we will do our utmost to help you.

What if I just want to amend my order?

If you want to amend your order, please again contact us within 24 hours via enquiries@dryrisersdirect.co.uk. We will make the change for you for free and you do not need to cancel the order placed with us.

What if I want to cancel the order placed with Dry Risers Direct Ltd?

If you wish to cancel your order placed with us, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order via enquiries@dryrisersdirect.co.uk, then a full refund will be credited to your original payment method. If this is not received within this period, our depot may have shipped the product already.

What if I just want to return for refund/exchange?

Products ordered from Dry Risers Direct Ltd can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Faulty products damaged or broken.

For such unfortunate situations happen, please contact us with pictures to show us the problem. Full refund will be credit to your original payment method.

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:

  1. Items ordered have not met your expectation.
  2. Items ordered are unused.

Dry Risers Direct Ltd return conditions

For all products with no quality issue, please make sure the returned items are not used and in the original packing used to send the product to you. All return requests must be authorized by Dry Risers Direct Ltd before shipping to our return address. We will not be able to process any returned items without the authorisation code.

What if I only receive part of the order or some items are missing from my order?

Dry Risers Direct Ltd ship our items from multiple locations in the UK, so orders with multiple items or multiple orders may arrive separately and at slightly different times. When you receive the parcels, please check if they are undamaged and if there is something missing. If you only receive part of the order or somethings are missing, please contact us enquiries@dryrisersdirect.co.uk asap so that we can check and resend to you immediately.

Late or missing refunds

If you do not receive a refund within 7 days, please get in touch with your bank or credit card company. It may take several business days for processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@dryrisersdirect.co.uk.
