Dry Risers Direct Ltd have been selected to supply and install the dry risers at Arkwright House in Parsonage Gardens, Manchester. Work will start imminently and is expected to take 3 days. The 100,000sqft refurbishment is expected to cost £1M and fill the gap in providing Grade A office space in the city centre.
