Dry Risers For 32 New Homes in Hunstanton, Norfolk

The Brief

Dry Risers Direct are excited to be involved in the development of flats on a former car park in the popular seaside town of Hunstanton, Norfolk. 

The £6.8m development in Southend Road consists of 32 new one, two and three bed apartments based around a courtyard. The design is based on the Hunstanton’s Victorian heritage. Priority will be given to permanent homes for local people.

The project is a partnership between the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk and development firm Lovell and is due for completion in early 2024.

Dry Risers Direct are to install seven dry risers throughout the development.
