Dry Riser installation, Luton Airport

The Brief

Two dry risers with a total of 22 outlet valves were fitted with around 20 meters of High level feed. One riser with Brushed stainless steel doors and the second left exposed.

More About the Project

Hotel management company Redefine|BDL Hotels (RBH) is managing the hotel. Ross Morrow, RBH chief development officer, said: “Courtyard by Marriott London Luton Airport is the second hotel in the RBH portfolio to be built using Polcom’s innovative modular construction. With the main components of the hotel being built in a factory setting, it minimises the time spent on-site and really speeds up completion of what is a fantastic hotel.”

This new 250-bedroom modular build hotel is situated 10 minutes’ walk from Luton Airport’s departure lounge, and includes a bar, bistro and gym.
