Dry Risers Direct has successfully wrapped up a full dry riser installation at Maritime View, Heaps Mill (L3 8PQ) — a 14-storey residential development in the heart of Liverpool, delivered for our newest client, Vita Group.

This high-rise project included the installation of 1 dry riser system with 14 outlets, ensuring every floor is fully covered for emergency services access in line with BS9990:2015 fire safety standards.

Working with Vita was a smooth and collaborative experience. Their supportive, professional approach made for an efficient and well-coordinated site delivery from day one.
