Any significant risks are assessed by Dry Risers Direct prior to the commencement of any job and suitable and sufficient measures are adopted to allow each employee/contractor to carry out his/her duties safely and without risk to their health.  Suitable equipment is provided and maintained in a safe condition, and safe systems of work are in place.  Dry Risers Direct strive to achieve continuous improvement in Health & Safety performance.

Dry Risers Direct provide all necessary resources including time to ensure that all Health and Safety matters are adequately funded. This includes, training, personal protective equipment, adequate equipment/tools, maintenance for this equipment, external advice where necessary and any other resource necessary to ensure the Health and Safety of our staff.

Each employee and contractor at Dry Risers Direct is made aware of their responsibility for their own health and safety and that of others.

All employees/contractors are given the opportunity to consult with the management on matters relating to Health & Safety, or to appoint a representative to do so. Dry Riser Direct provide suitable training for both management and operatives, in particular where new work practices or equipment are introduced.

Dry Risers Direct employs the services of HS Direct Ltd, the UK’s Leading Health and Safety Services Provider, to ensure that it is updated on the latest advice and information necessary to keep its health & safety policy, working practices and equipment up to date and in accordance with current legislation.

Environmental Policy

Dry Risers Direct design, install, commission and service Dry Riser systems throughout the UK. We recognise that our operations result in emissions to air and water, and the generation of waste. It is our aim to comply with legislation and other requirements, continue to reduce the environmental impacts of our business and operate in an environmentally responsible manner. Our environmental policy describes how we will achieve our aim.
